Whole, half, and quarter animals for sale at $4 a pound hanging weight plus processing. Animals are processed at Burts Meats in Eyota, and processing costs are paid directly to them. If you're new to this process, we'll talk you through it. The available quarters are approximately 165 to 190 pounds.
