Whole, half, and quarter animals for sale at $4.25 a pound hanging weight plus processing. Animals are processed at Burts Meats in Eyota, and processing costs are paid directly to them.  Our quarters are approximately 175 to 225 pounds. Our herd is a mix of Angus, Simmental, and Scottish Highland.  The animals are grass fed and grass finished.
